Travel Art – A Monday Update

Hey, art lovers.

This week is getting off to a very interesting start. I’m currently in Minneapolis and while I love the ambiance and busyness (in moderation), I wish we were here on better circumstances. Today, my father in law is having surgery and while it isn’t a life-threatening situation, it always bring about the nerves and worry if complications should arise.

Lately, I’ve been a lot less inspired when it comes to my artistic passions and I believe it is largely due to the family and personal circumstances that have arose over the past month or so.

Driving in the city is never a fun experience for us since we live among pastures and dirt roads, but as we approached I felt a rush within my spirit. Even with our -10F weather, I’ve been in awe of all the unique buildings and old architecture. There is a cold, crisp, chill in the air and the buildings were glistening with a frozen glaze visible from the light of the rising sun. I couldn’t help but to feel my artistic inspiration flowing while traveling into Minneapolis this morning and looking at all the old architecture and buildings. I always feel a rush when I’m in the city and it feels as if a part of me awakens whenever I experience this ambiance. Art is alive here.

My husband has never been a fan of the city or anywhere there is an abundance of people and traffic-especially the traffic. We do share a lot of those similar feelings. We love being around nature and having our own peaceful, quiet space. However, as an artist, I really appreciate the creative life and all of the different kinds of characters you can un into within the city. The old historic landmarks add fuel to my creative fires and the abundance of museums and art galleries provide worlds of inspiration.

While I’m not here on the best of circumstances, I am trying really hard to make the best out of a bad situation. New environments can provide us with many new avenues for inspiration to spark from. We simply need to open our mind to retrieving and really seeing. Being close-minded has only ever hindered my creativity.

If you feel like you’ve been stuck in a rut and have been lacking inspiration, I highly suggest trying something new to get you out of your normal routine. It could be exactly what you need to remind yourself of why you started your journey in the first place.

I’ll chat again soon, friends. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

Unapologetically Me + Monday Artist Blog!

Good morning, loyal readers!

It’s Monday again which means – another artist blog!

I really hope everyone had a great weekend. I want to kick this one off by saying that I really appreciate all of the positive feedback so far and all of the recent love and support on my latest artwork. ♥  You guys really drive me and motivate me to pursue my dreams and passion. For that, I thank you.

This week, my focus is shifting towards catching up on commissions, so I won’t be sharing a new piece with you all. Instead, you can expect more of an artist vlog for Friday’s video and I’ll be showing you guys my favorite art materials and acrylic supplies. I know I’ve talked about it before, but I’ve been getting requests to do a seperate video on this, so that’s what I’ll be doing!

I’ve never done an artist vlog before so I’m excited to see how this one goes and turns out. Definitely stay tuned for that! If you missed my last art video, I’ll leave it here below.

I really loved painting this one as I never really draw or paint men. This might be the beginning of something new here since I really enjoyed the masculine features of the face. “Maskulinity” looks beautiful and sophisticated next to his female counterpart, “Metamorphosis.” The two really compliment each other well and I’m so happy I decided to do this as a set. The collection that these two are a part of is still in the works. I may still add a few pieces to it under the theme of “transformation” because I’ve really been enjoying the concept since it is a very personal one to me at this moment of my career.

I’ve also started posting more videos on my Patreon channel that are longer versions of my YouTube videos with more detailed commentary, thought process, and reason for my madness (how I approach my paintings). They are slowed-down and also give little behind the scenes tidbits. All my artist friends-I highly suggest creating an account with them so that you have a platform for your clients to support your work!

I would love to make these videos public for everyone, but I really need to give those that support me financially a little extra effort and love. If you are interested in becoming a patron and”sponsoring” my art in any way, I would be ever so grateful for your contributions. I hope you guys can understand why I can’t share these with everyone. If interested in supporting me and gaining access to this content and other rewards, you can find my Patreon channel here.

Now that the announcement portion is through, I wanted to address something that has been on my mind for awhile now. I’ve posted all about it on social media, and even in some of my blog posts. I’ve had people send me private messages relating to my new adventure of wellness and my business with Young Living selling essential oils. They assumed I was in a new fad when it came to the oils and were concerned about my goals and intentions.

“I also feel it really necessary to share this. I’m sure a lot of people feel a certain way about my focus shifting on wellness and essential oils and that it may be interfering with my love and passion for art and creating. I currently have art-related work open on my iPad and oils and wellness-related work on my phone. I LOVE ART and also have a somewhat “hippie” passion for health and wellness. To me, they are both important and effect me in the same way. I used to have a lot of anxiety in the past and art was a form of therapy. My own wellbeing is the reason I started painting in the first place. The fact that I’ve found something of equal importance to me with Young Living is amazing. I’ve truly been changed and am trying to be the best version of myself. My focus has been on breaking my personal barriers for the past 6 months-anxiety, fear, worry, shyness, and learning how to live the life I want. Now that I’m not as scared and fearful, I’m reaching for my goals and dreams. If you’ve been feeling this way and feel like you have to choose between two seemingly “different” things, I want you all to know that you CAN do both and you CAN be passionate about multiple things-just stay true to yourself and who you are. This is more important than any amount of followers. Be unapologetically you. That’s all for now and I’m sorry it turned into me rambling on again. You’re a rockstar if you made it through that whole thing. Happy Sunday, friends. Focus on being better and staying true to who you are.”

As you can see from the photo and caption above, yesterday, on my personal Facebook and Instagram account, I posted about how it’s possible to pursue more than one passion though to the world, they may seem very different. This is something that can be very hard to accomplish in the world of social media. I’ve had people unfollow me due to the start of my essential oils business being incorporated into my primarily art Instagram account and vise versa when people wanted to follow me for only oil/wellness-related content. I’m also a Christian and have noticed people unfollowing me due to my faith.

I decided to create an additional Instagram page where I can share freely about my oils and adventure with Young Living, but I’m definitely not going to cease from posting about this kind of content in addition to my art on my regular @quinducreations instagram account. I view myself as an advocate for wellness-especially when it comes to mental health. It’s the whole reason I became an artist in the first place and I don’t want to forget that-ever. While I appreciate the amount of followers I do have currently, I’m not going to stop being myself . I won’t be keeping my focus solely on what I think it is people want to see. I’m going to keep being unapologetically me. This is so much more important to me than any amount of followers.

Anyway, I just felt this was important enough to address in this post as well! Thank you for all of your continued support through this adventure. Let’s tackle this week and create something beautiful, shall we?

Love you guys, truly.

XOXO,

All About Thieves…

If you’re reading this, then WELCOME to my blog! In addition to my #WellnessSunday videos that I’m starting up every Sunday evening on YouTube, I also thought it would be fun to start writing more about Young Living and other lifestyle topics on a weekly basis as well! Don’t worry, Monday is still the day for art content. 😉

I wanted to start up the wellness and lifestyle blogs every Thursday moving forward.

What I’ve got for you today is a huge piece of why I decided to join Young Living: a little recipe known as Thieves.

History

It’s been said that the oils used in this blend were from a recipe of herbs that were used together to fight off the bubonic plague in France in the early 1500s. Thieves were stealing items and money from the graves and homes of the deceased-without also contracting the deadly disease as well. Confused and puzzled, the local authorities and magistrate granted the thieves freedom if they shared their secret. These thieves just so happened to be herbalists, perfumers, and spice traders. They knew what to use and how to use it in order to avoid getting affected by the plague. This was where the name “Thieves” was born.

There has been a lot of controversy throughout the ages as to what that specific blend of herbs was. Most historians can agree that it was a blend of clove, rosemary, and other botanicals. In 1994, Young Living added the Thieves blend to their repertoire containing the following essential oils: Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Radiata, and Rosemary.

Uses

Providing wellness support without the use of harsh chemicals is exactly what you can expect from using this blend of pure essential oils. I have only just begun using my Thieves Cleaner, but my lungs and hands are already so thankful.

For some reason, whenever I think of cleaning, my brain automatically goes to the memories I have as a child growing up. Cleaning has always meant using extremely harsh chemicals and I had always thought that there was no way to effectively clean without them. As a society, we have become so conditioned to think this way and it has been so natural to assume that things don’t really get “clean” without them.

Well, I just have to say that I’ve done some research online and this couldn’t be further from the truth. I almost feel as if we’d be better off living in our own filth than to expose ourselves and families to the harsh chemicals found in most modern-day cleaners. A lot of ingredients are known to be carcinogenic and it’s no wonder that I would feel dizzy and ill after exposing myself to them in my daily cleaning routines. The mere fact that it can be used around pets and children speaks volumes in itself! No need to contact poison control-simply have you child drink plenty of water if directly ingested. How’s that for a safe, modern-day cleaner?

Aside from simply used for cleaning it is also a powerful blend that can be diffused or applied topically to provide immunity support-especially during this time of the year! Remember the bubonic plague story? Dilute it in a roller bottle with a carrier oil and roll onto the bottoms of your feet! The Thieves Vitality oil (with the white label) is also safe for ingestion! I like to put a few drops in my water or tea for increased support and benefits!

Each of us are different, however, and we all need to do what we feel is best for ourselves and our own families. What works best for my family may not be the same for you and yours, but I highly suggest that you all draw your own conclusions after doing some adequate research for yourselves.

My Experience So Far

It’s been over a month now since I’ve gotten started with essential oils and my newfound obsession with Young Living. So far, I haven’t even needed to purchase any Thieves Cleaner just yet. We have been using the sample packet that came in my starter kit and it has just been so awesome seeing how far that small bit of cleaner really goes. Of course I want to eventually replace our laundry and dish soap with the Thieves version, but we are trying to use up what we already have-which is hard because of the toxin content we know there to be in our usual cleaners. We wish we had the luxury of just tossing it all out, but at least these have been the only things that were touched within our Toxin Box over the past month and a half.

If you missed it, I talk a little more about my Toxin Box and why I decided to go with Young Living a little more in this blog post: I’m “Selling” essential oils nowadays. Did you guys know? Rather than being redundant and explaining the initial whys of this decision, please feel free to check that out if you guys are interested.

Find Out more

This post has been all about Thieves so far, but I know there is still a lot I haven’t covered. This Wellness Sunday I will be sharing a short video on my YouTube channel about the sample packet that comes in your Young Living premium starter kit. I’ll be giving you the simple and easy way to make the most out of your packet. Be sure to subscribe to my channel so you don’t miss the upload!

Why join The Business?

If you want to start your wellness journey, doing the business really is the best way because all you have to do is get your starter kit the first month followed by a monthly order of products you would have already been buying at the store anyways. Let me explain:

Because of toxin content, I actually save more money now because I don’t buy all of the products I used to buy such as: candles, scented sprays, perfumes, potpourris, makeup, hair products, face wash, face masks, eye cream, lotion, shower products, shave cream, hand sanitizer, muscle rub, after sun lotions, all purpose cleaners, glass cleaner, soft scrub, dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, shower cleaner, hand soap, toilet cleaner, air fresheners, vitamins, probiotics, energy support, sleep support, seasonal support, digestive support, bug spray, mouthwash, toothpaste, etc.

How many times have you spent a small fortune on household cleaners and personal products at Walmart and wondered how it all added up so fast? By thinking of this as a lifestyle change, it’s easier to say ‘no’ to all of these things found in stores because I am aware of the toxin content and choose to get my stuff in though Young Living on my monthly orders. In my household, we don’t even think of it as being extra money being spent or really notice it at all because we have started ditching the old stuff and switching to the toxin-free Young Living versions. Not to mention that every time my order comes in the mail, I feel like a kid on Christmas morning. They also send promotional freebies and give you a chance to earn money back without even signing anyone up yet.

The only thing is, by doing this as a business, I’ve also received the opportunity to make my money back and earn additional income. You really can’t lose out. There are no contracts or commitments and you can cancel anytime if it isn’t right for you. Worried about “selling”? Don’t be. This stuff naturally sell itself and we’ve got tools and training to help you. We grow as a group. Part of that growth (if not all) happens by building from the bottom up. Have a bad month? I might not and can help you grow by stacking up my new member members underneath you. This can be confusing, but it happens and is a small example of how the business works and continues to grow. Trusting the process is how it all starts.

This is the set of spray glasses I’ve chosen for my Thieves cleaner and other DIY projects such as fragrant mists, massage oils, and roll on perfume blends. They were super affordable and came with interchangeable tops! I found them on Amazon. Get yours here!

Get started

If you’re ready to get your starter kit and start your oily journey to a safer, toxin-free lifestyle, feel free to sign up here and get your Thieves on! If you choose to do the business with me, I will also send you a welcome packet including a special essential oil roll on or massage oil blend (you pick) and I will also be adding you to my personal groups to aide you on your journey. Just choose your starter kit and sign up for Essential Rewards (your monthly product subscription plan that gives you additional promotions and freebies) and check the box that says you want to use your starter kit as your first Essential Rewards order. Afterwards, you can log in and choose what you want next month’s Essential Rewards order to consist of. I’ll be in contact right away to help you get started!

My team is great at looking out for each other and we really do raise in success together as a group. You will never do anything alone and we are all here to help each other out. We grow as a group, remember? I’ll always be there for you to assist, help answer questions, and hold your hand along the way. Success isn’t my dream, it’s my goal and I’m going to make it to the top. I’m in it for the long haul and want you to travel that road with me. My only regret is not starting this years ago.

Follow me on Instagram for other daily stories and testimonies. I truly adore Young Living and use their products every single day! My husband would say I have an unhealthy obsession. I’d say it was very healthy. 😉

If you want to learn more about Young Living, the Thieves cleaner, or anything else related, feel free to check out there website and don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions!

Thanks for tuning in for today’s informational wellness post! Keep a look out for these types of posts every Thursday and be sure to check out this week’s Wellness Sunday Video on YouTube!

10th Art Video Celebration!

Hello, everyone!

I hope you all had a great weekend! 😀 You may have noticed, but I just celebrated my 10th art-related video on my YouTube channel! I made a new kind of video to celebrate it and it was just uploaded on Friday, but I’ll leave it here in case you missed it!

I really enjoyed filming and editing this video and am very excited to say that I will be uploading more content like this on my Patreon channel from now on! There may be an occasional enticing YouTube leak too if you’re lucky (wink wink). I think one of the major things that has been stopping me from uploading these tutorial and real-time types of videos is the lack of knowledge on the many different video editing skills and tasks.

I only just learned how to do a dual screen video and while there is room for improvement, I definitely see video improvements constantly being made every week I upload a new project.

I hope you guys enjoyed the video and if you did, be sure to check out my Patreon channel! I need your support to keep this up!

I’ll check back in soon! Have a great week and kick some butt!

“Wellness Sunday” YouTube Video Series

Hey, loves! Happy Valentines Day!

I hope you’ve all been having a great day and an even better week! I wanted to pop in and give you guys a quick update in regards to life in general. It’s going to be quick, I promise! 😀

I’ve been doing even more research on toxins and how they effect our body and lets just say that I cleaned out even more of my products I’ve had stashed away in my bathroom, laundry room, and vanity. My toxin box is getting so big nowadays I’m not sure how we’re going to get it out the door! Kind of, but not really.

It has been really nice to take breaks from my art to focus on my Young Living business and vice versa lately. Today I have recorded and edited two new videos related to Young Living and I’ve decided that I’m going to be doing weekly wellness videos every Sunday. Sunday has always been my day to spend time with my husband and recharge for the next week. We start our day with a good breakfast and really enjoy our time in worship together at church.

Since Sundays are so important to me, I decided to start up “Wellness Sunday” on my YouTube channel to remind myself to focus on what’s important. While working a lot isn’t a bad thing, I think that it’s important to have a good balance and to remember to save some time for yourself as well. I’m hoping that this video series will give everyone something to look forward to in each week and that it will help others learn to care for themselves and their families.

That’s all I wanted to say for now, friends.

Thanks for reading, as always.

Another Monday Update: He’s Home!

Happy Monday, loyal readers! That is to say a VERY happy Monday for me because Jonathon is finally back home! I’m so happy!

After months of toughing it out on my own, I feel so excited and so blessed to have him back in my life again! I’m sure some of you are rolling your eyes at this thinking that I’m being dramatic and that it’s only been a few months. Let me just say that while that is true, I live in Minnesota and he was in Texas. We were lucky to have been in the same time zone, but most of the time, our phone service would kick out. Me living in the boonies means that I don’t get the best reception and him being on a military base in the middle of nowhere made it so very difficult to have a conversation because calls would always be dropping and getting broken up. Just the way that I am with my love language means that I need to express my thoughts and feelings through communication. This was a very trying time for us and I feel so relieved and excited that he’s home again! Being dual-military, I’m sure more times will come where we are separated for a good amount of time, but we will face those trials as they arise. For now, I can simply breathe easy and enjoy his company again.

Oofta! Sorry, guys. This wasn’t meant to be a rant about how much I’ve missed my husband! Haha. We’ve spent the past few days together catching up, but now it’s Monday again and that means it’s time to get down to business!

I had to order some more of the gesso boards so that I could continue the current series I’m working on. I really wanted them all to be on the same brand of boards for consistency. So far, I’ve been LOVING the Mona Liza brand above the Trekell ones I’ve tried and have bought a set of the 9×12 on Amazon as a set of 6. I really enjoy the sturdiness of the boards and the texture is so smooth as opposed to the Trekell. This is only personal opinion, but I really love the smooth buttery feeling because it works perfectly for blending. If you like a more textured surface, these may not be the best for you although they are extremely sturdy. The set I bought was a pretty fair price too. I feel like I really enjoy the 9×12 size because they are just big enough. It’s easier to commit to it and gives you a little more than the small 8×10’s. For me, it’s the perfect middle-ground size. If you guys want to check it out, I’ll leave the Amazon link for those here. I have partnered with Amazon, so if you do decide to purchase it, I will receive a small commission just so you guys are aware. It’s not a lot, but it would definitely help me out and I want to be up front about that! I’ve also shown this brand in my Instagram stories before and I really do recommend them!

The series that I’m working on currently I think I’ve mentioned before has to do with the theme “transformation” and there are two more pieces that will be added to it. One of them I’m working on this week and is going to be the brother piece for the painting of the woman titled “Metamorphosis.”

I am very excited to work on this one! The inspiration flowed my way last week, but I was unfortunately waiting on my gessoboards to come in the mail! Now that they are here and I’ve given you an idea of what’s to come, I really need to get to it!

I hope you all have a great week! Tune in on my Instagram page on Wednesday to see the WIP (work in progress) for the new brother piece! To get a more in depth look and extra content, be sure to also check out my Patreon channel. I give patrons exclusive behind the scenes shots of my process and first looks and Patron-only sneak peeks and content. I also host a month “Fan Art shout-out” opportunity art challenge similar to the trend, “draw this in your style.” It’s a lot of fun over there and I am working on creating more content for those special people.

I’ll be back in a bit!

Have a great day!

I’m “selling” essential oils nowadays. Did you guys know?

Hello, friends! I hope you all are doing well!

From the title up there, you guys already know what I’m going to be talking about in this blog. (and your still here! yay!) I know that my Young Living journey is still very new and I am somewhat slowly and shyly introducing it all into my social media and online platforms. It may not seem like it, but I have been trying to keep my story short and not flood you guys completely. Yes, this has been me being subtle. I’m just that excited about all Young Living has to offer! Anyway, before I go on a tangent, let’s get into the purpose of this blog, eh? I’m sure most people have noticed that I have recently begun “selling” Young Living essential oils in addition to their other products, but that’s exactly why I decided that I wanted to write this blog for you guys.

The thought started a few days ago when I got asked if I was “selling” essential oils now. I replied that I was and shared how excited I was to be on this new journey, but the conversation sort of died off there. It didn’t feel right when I was asked and the general tone of the question suggested that I was simply part of another “MLM/pyramid” scam. At that point, anything I could have said in response would have been written off because that negative mindset of me as “another pushy salesperson” was already set in place. People naturally start ignoring what you say about a business once they know you’re IN the business. I know because that’s how I’ve always approached MLM promoters; more like I avoided them.

If you guys were hoping to learn more about why I started a business with Young Living, I will kindly refer you to this video below. I address my reasons for the change and how I went from being VERY skeptical to taking the business on and being nothing short of excited.

It’s really funny, actually. When I was first looking into this business, what I was most worried and hesitant about wasn’t the fear of whether or not I’d do well with Young Living or even that I might regret it later. I knew without a doubt the more I learned that I was going to love the products and that they would benefit my life. What I was worried about, however, was how I would come across to my followers with the new change. MLM’s have such a bad rep, don’t they? I was curious how I was going to incorporate a completely different business to cooperate and coincide with my existing art business without distracting or taking away from it. I’ll be honest here. It’s something I’m still working on and am still learning how to go about it as I go along. I’m sure I’ll find that magic recipe, but until then I ask for your patience with the change! Scratch and sniff paintings, anyone?

Today I wanted to address the question I was asked and in particular, the use of the word, “selling.” While yes, it is true that I am a distributor for Young Living, the word, “sell”, just doesn’t sit right with me as an accurate description for what I do. Now I’m going to start telling you why that is. The answer is very simple and straightforward. I simply love the products and WANT to SHARE them with others. When “sell” is the word that’s used to describe what I’m doing, it leaves the annotation that my only goal is to make money off of whoever I’m discussing or sharing it with. This couldn’t be further from the truth or what I’m trying to do.

I joined the business side of Young Living because I knew that I would be ordering these products and sharing them anyway. Sharing is just something that happens naturally when you like what your using. We do it all the time with recipes, food, tv shows, and even the clothes we wear. If I just so happened to share some of the products I love and get paid in the process, that would be great, right?!

Do I want people to join my team and to buy the products? I’m not going to lie, of course I do! Everyone has goals and we all have to work in order to make a living. Life is expensive, so of course I would love it if someone were to become a member and were to support me in this business. This is how I earn my paycheck so that I can support my family. Does that mean I’m going to say a bunch of fluff and whatever I need to say in order to make the sale? This is a hard NO for me and that is where we, Young Living as a whole, draw the line. I’m never going to tell you what you want to hear simply because I believe it’s going to make a sale or share about products that I don’t support or believe in. Young Living prides themselves in being different from other MLMs in this way.

When I first started learning about the products, the oils especially, I was completely smitten. If you watched the video above, you will know that I did my own research on common household items and cleaners. After having done so, I got a big box from out of the garage and dumped all of my chemical-filled, toxic products into it and labeled it the “Toxin Box.” This was a huge factor for my decision among some other reasons.

To sum it all up for you, yes. Yes I earn money to share and make sales on Young Living products. No, I don’t directly try to “sell” them as that’s not my goal. I “share” because I care. I simply hope that this company, with all it’s products and business opportunities, can help change the lives of the people I share it with in the same way that is has been changing mine and my family’s. We all buy and use shampoo, cleaners, toothpaste, detergent, and supplements anyway so why not switch to a safer version while financially supporting someone you love. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that.

I hope I didn’t ramble on too much in this blog. This is something I just had to address. I have been really enjoying this business and using the oils that I got in my starter kit. I have yet to test the cleaners and other products, but you can bet I will be sharing about those in the future if they are anywhere near as good as the oils I have been using so far.

Oh! Speaking of sharing, If you guys are interested in a raw and “non-salesy” video on my starter kit and it’s contents, please see the video below! I was definitely still learning when I recorded it and I’m sure I made some mistakes, but that just goes to show you that my love and excitement for Young Living is genuine. That excitement and obsession is only growing the more I learn and the more I use their products.

*”Sales Pitch” Warning*

If you watched the videos and decided that you want to give this business a try, I truly hope you will consider ordering through me and joining my team. We are building a community of amazing people and I am part of several different groups that focus on my success and provide me with the information and guidance I need. By ordering with me and joining my team, you will also be getting:

  • $25 off your kit – because I know the kits are expensive and I want to personally give part of my own commission back to you in order to help with this big expenditure. I’ll do this through a PayPal transaction.
  • A special oily gift from me – I love giving gifts and am making welcome packets for new members that join my team with some little goodies (such as a perfume roller) & DIY instructions.
  • Access to success tools – addition into Facebook groups, monthly email newsletters, and direct contact with me as your line of support. Whenever I’m feeling down or stuck, I have a group of amazing women that I can contact that will give me encouragement, support me, and lift me back up again.

I want to be there for you along this journey and will hold your hand throughout the whole process. I’m not going anywhere and want you to know that I’m in it for the long run. I’ll stop myself there. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you may have. If this is an adventure you feel like your ready to embark on, you can sign up here and I’ll be in contact with you shortly after.

Have an amazing day, everyone!

I hope you enjoyed today’s post and I’ll catch ya in the next one!

Announcement Time! Art Update!

Happy Monday, friends! I hope you’ve all had a fantastic weekend! If you follow my Instagram stories, you’ll have noticed that last week has been a little rocky for me. I’ve got announcements and updates of all sorts, so I just wanted to fill you guys in really quick.

First off, I would like to apologize for the lack of art last week and not being able to keep up with my YouTube upload schedule. I feel really bad about it and am in the process of planning out all of the paintings for February so I don’t miss anything.

Last Monday, I posted a blog about having to go on a trip for about a month and I just wanted to let you all know that I just found out that this trip got CANCELLED!! I am relieved about this change and it has taken a huge weight off my chest-and definitely freed up my schedule. That being said, everything will be able to continue as normal aside from what happened last week.

If you’re new to my blog, then WELCOME! I post new art/update blogs every Monday and share random life events and announcements here. I also have started a new series of posts about wellness and Young Living related topics since I am also a part of that business but those posts are under the “Lifestyle & Wellness” category of blogs. I’m trying to keep those topics separate.

I also write a newsletter every month that fills you guys in on what is to come and gives notices of any sales, shows, and pop-up events. I’ll leave the link here if you guys want to sign up! I also mail out goodies to everyone on my list during the month of your birthday as a little thank you gift for supporting my journey.

Again, I really want to apologize for the lack of content last week, but I assure you, I’ll have something new for you all this time around!

I hope you all have an amazing week!

Stay Warm!

Xoxo, Q
